Lund, 1 November 2026. Pinteg Compliance Center AB is launching Fairity Flow, the platform its consultants use to map how companies handle personal data and AI. Fairity Flow is developed by Pinteg in Lund, built from real compliance work and only available through Pinteg. Customers never need to learn it. Pinteg's consultants run it, and customers take part in a few focused working sessions.
Kasper Forsmark is an AI, Data and Privacy Compliance Consultant at Pinteg and works on AI Act screenings and records of processing, the two areas Fairity Flow covers. We asked him what the tool does, and what it does for the customer.
What is Fairity Flow?
It's the platform we do our compliance work in, from the first meeting to the final report. It guides every working session, keeps track of answers, gaps and who still needs to reply, and turns the answers into registers, action lists and reports. Customers never log in to it. They work with us and get the documents.
Why did Pinteg build its own tool?
Companies have mostly had two options. Spreadsheets and templates, where their own team does it all next to the day job. Or a typical consultant, with many meetings and then weeks of report writing. We wanted to offer something better: consultants who know the rules, working in a tool that handles the routine work. The customer gets the expertise and pays for less routine work.
What difference does the customer notice?
Shorter working sessions. The tool guides every session, so meetings stay focused and nobody on the customer's side is left filling in long forms. Their answers become the register, assessments and reports as we go, so our time goes to working through their case with them, not to writing documents afterwards. The documentation is finished when we are.
“Consultants who know the rules, working in a tool that handles the routine work.”
What happens in a working session?
For GDPR, the consultant works through the record of processing with the people who know the work, from HR to IT. We ask the follow-up questions a form never would, and help the customer spot risks they didn't know they had. Fairity Flow turns it into a finished register. For the AI Act, we start with a structured walkthrough of how the company uses AI. It begins by setting aside what doesn't apply, so the time goes to what matters.
What does the customer get?
Documentation they keep and can update. For GDPR, a report on where they stand, documentation including the record of processing, and proposed actions. For the AI Act, guidelines for using AI, documentation and proposed actions. When the work is done, they get a final report they can show their board, customers or auditors. And because everything stays in one place, we update it when the rules or the business change, instead of starting over.
What happens with the gaps you find?
Every finding comes with a clear, ready-written action, grouped by risk and dated with when the rule applies, on the latest EU timeline. That way the customer can plan instead of guess. We sort the findings by risk, but the customer decides what comes first, and whether to fix things themselves, with our help, or a mix of both.
Why GDPR and the AI Act in the same tool?
Because in practice they overlap. The AI Act applies to companies that use AI, not only to those who build it, and when an AI tool handles personal data, GDPR applies too. In Fairity Flow, both are handled in the same place, by the same consultants.
How do you handle your customers' data?
We help companies follow GDPR, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. Personal data are stored on servers within the EU, and only the consultants working on the project have access. We don't use customers' information to train AI models, and when a project ends, the customer decides what we keep.
Does Fairity Flow make a company compliant?
No tool can do that on its own, and we don't promise it. Fairity Flow helps us identify possible gaps and suggest actions. The decisions are the customer's. What they get is a clear picture of where they stand, and a plan they can act on.
What happens to Fairity?
Fairity is now Fairity Flow, rebuilt for work led by our consultants and part of pinteg.eu. We'll contact existing Fairity customers about moving their data over.
